The mission of our client is to support companies and their employees travelling and working internationally. Working for the medical assistance sector, this company is a pioneer in the international medical ad travel security risk services company. THE ROLE
The main functions will be:

  • Deal in a daily basis with French or Portuguese clients/ members.
  • Customer service orientated.
  • Usage of CRM technology.
  • Require IT literate: Microsoft Outlook and Word, and experience working a database is preferable.
  • Ability to write, speak and listen effectively.
  • Identify and act on potential problems and / or difficulties.
  • Provide effective problem solving skills and lateral thinking.
  • Take initiative, demonstrate responsibility.
  • Work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize in a timely and effective manner.
  • Know world geography but particularly Sub-Saharan Africa desirable.

 
YOU
Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken French or Portuguese is an explicit requirement of the role, and a second language is an advantage (English preferable).
  • Proficient in Web Browsing and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word).
  • Working knowledge of CRM technology.
  • Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Tertiary education preferable.
  • Display consistent punctuality and attendance.
  • Show commitment to the team.
  • Good attitude, results driven and gets things done.
  • Travel or Study-Abroad experience (Studies, Personal, Volunteer) would be an advantage.
