Exciting role for an experienced recruitment administrator with at least 2 years recruitment admin experience

 

Qualification & Experience:
Matric + tertiary qualification HR( Recruitment) will be advantageous
2-3 Years experience in a Recruitment admin role within a Recruitment agency
Advanced MS office skills
Proven track record in admin

Key skills:
Excellent Researching and shortlisting skills
Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English
French or Portuguese Language will be an added advantage
Very good customer services skills
Meticulous and detailed oriented
Mature and able to work under pressure
Analytical & Energetic and results oriented
Willing to learn & self-motivated
Independent

Duties
 

  • Handling inbound & outbound calls
  • Responsible for the reception area
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following company's instructions for house phone
  • Resolving client and candidate queries timeously
    Taking down detailed messages where necessary
  • Providing clients/candidates with necessary forms to be completed for the company's database
  • Handling administrative systems
  • Formatting ,compiling & proof reading CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants;
    Searching databases for vacant positions & shortlisting of candidates
    Matching applicant CVs to job specifications
    Booking appointments, diary management and organising assessments for applicants
  • Capturing fingerprints and performing MIE , ITC and reference checks
    Collecting all relevant documents from client and candidates
  • Ensure proper Filing and scanning of important documents
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    Support Team members with all their admin work
  • Receive detailed feedback from interviews and log onto recruitment database
  • Act as a vital link between consultants, clients and candidates.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, for example websites, recruitment portals etc
  • Sourcing candidates via social networking, database, candidate portal on client website etc as directed/agreed by relevant managers.
  • Using social media to advertise positions,attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;
  • Receiving ,reviewing and shortlisting applications,
  • Managing all interview process from beginning till end and provide feedback
  • Briefing the candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
  • Conduct research on inhouse recruitment projects
  • Any ADHOC duties as and when required from time to time
