Accounts Clerk (French speaking)

Our client requires the service of a French speaking Accounts Clerk in their Accounts department to perform various administrative duties relating to the ledger accounts in specific African countries.

Key performance areas:

  • Maintenance of country folders
  • Various ledger functions
  • Action in terms of Gross Profit reports and purchase statements
  • Dealing with duplication reports, unbalanced work and unprocessed paperwork
  • Control pricing claims and Correction vouchers

The successful candidate must have:

  • Matric with Diploma or Degree in accounting or finance
  • Receiving administration experience
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (MS Office, Excel Advanced)
  • SAP knowledge would be advantageous
  • Must be able to speak French
  • Must be accurate and have great attention to detail
  • Delivering results and meeting expectations
  • Coping with pressure and setbacks
