We do this in a way that offers the African eco-system the best prices, simplest transaction systems, the most helpful people and the best growth plans possible.  WorldsView Technologies has offices in Woodmead, South Africa, and is looking for a dynamic French speaking Channel & Marketing Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an established French speaking Coordinator with extensive experience in the coordination and administration required within the Channel and Marketing team, as well as a passion for working with diverse partners in channels across Africa.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Regional Leadership
  • Gather data for targeted campaigns and ensure all records are loaded correctly in SFDC
  • Ensure Vendor and Partner contracts are up to date, signed and captured in SFDC
  • Track compliance of partners within the channel
  1. Regional Multi Quarter CAM Plan Execution
    • Lead the execution of the regional Marketing plan, by ensuring all user accounts and contact details are loaded correctly in SFDC
    • Ensure sufficient collateral is available for all products and promotions
    • Track all elements of new Channel Partners during partner recruitment and complete required reporting
  2. Regional Partner Support
  • Within your region, attend to all Partner queries and issue authorisation letters as required
  • Manage access login to the internal partner portal and ensure training is provided
  1. Regional CAM Team Support
  • Proactively manage the administration relating to channel and customer communication newsletter
  • Monitor and track budgets for campaigns and liaise with finance for payments on a daily basis
  1. Self Management
  • Completed prescribed learning to keep abreast of industry / product trends and changes
  • Proactively find opportunities to engage with regional team members to support regional performance

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant qualification (Channel Development or Marketing would be an advantage);
  • Previous experience working in either the engineering, construction or building environment would be an advantage;
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administration or coordinator role;
  • Proficiency in English and French for business, both verbal and written, with an ability to provide assistance for translations;
  • Strong PC Literacy and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.

Package & Remuneration

R18,000 monthly CTC package, including company contributions towards medical aid and provident fund.
