My Client is looking for a French Speaking Call Centre Agent who will be responsible for customer support and to assist professionally and efficiently ensuring that all targets are met accordingly and to maintain excellent quality of service

Duties & Responsibilities

Will be responsible for:

Assist in maintaining customer service levels by delivering quality solutions to customer queries

Accurately log all calls with detailed information on customer business system

Applying customer service / care principles to all calls

Represent the customer to the rest of the business

Effective communication (Written and Verbal)

Ensure escalations processes are maintained

Be proactive with own development

Aim to resolve all matters within the first call

Retain ownership of and manage customer queries with a fast turnaround time

Capturing information according to set data standards

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric qualification

Must be able to communicate fluently in English and French

Telecommunication experience is a must

Thorough knowledge of the call center industry with applicable performance metrics

Solid MS Office Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and written in the English language
