Job description

We are working with a lovely company based in Cape Town that specialises within the sports industry and they are recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Agent to join their growing team. The company is expanding into new territory and they would love someone that speaks fluent French. They have an amazing culture and pride themselves on providing excellent customer service to their clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone + email enquiries
  • Assisting clients with technical queries
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Working closely with the marketing team to promote new products



The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fluency in French + English
  • Experience within the betting/gambling industry would be a bonus
  • Previous call centre experience advantageous
  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Excellent computer literacy + communication skills
  • Immediate start
