French/English Speaking Panel Assistant - Africa/Asia

Due to our growth, Helion is seeking a panel assistant (English and French-speaking) to manage multiple projects across Africa and Asian countries. 

Must be French/English speaking

The panel management team is dedicated to the development, planning and budgeting of the delivery of international research programs within the domain of customer experience and business intelligence.

This role within Helion Research will be to support the panel team with executing fieldwork within deadlines, adhering to budgets and within the timelines set out as per KPI.

As a panel assistant, you will manage multiple projects focusing on:

  • Recruitment, acceptance and training of shoppers
  • Allocation of workload to shoppers and follow-ups
  • Monitoring and management of project budgets
  • Ensure shoppers are trained, motivated, quality feedback is sent regularly
  • Ensure that Shoppers follow project rules and deadlines
  • Ensuring shopper payments are correct and queries resolved timeously to alleviate delays
  • Ensuring deadlines are met and that project rules are adhered to

The above tasks are executed through our software platforms, so an interest in and capability to work with different survey-based software tools and packages is required.

  • Fully Bilingual in English and  French
  • Ability to speak/read different African languages will be an advantage
  • Ability to speak/read Portuguese will be an advantage
