A well-established company in Killarney requires a FRENCH SPEAKING Personal Assistant to perform administrative functions for the management team.

Please note that only candidates who can speak French fluently and who have experience as a Personal Assistant will be considered for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Invoicing
  • Performing filing and administrative functions for the regional management team on an ad-hoc basis
  • Import and export filing
  • Travel and meeting co-ordination: travel, visas and accommodation both locally and internationally as well as arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, setting up conference calls, arranging lunches for visitors, catering and dinner reservations
  • Recording, compiling, transcribing and distributing minutes as and when requested
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Overseeing and supervising reception and cleaning staff
  • Overseeing and managing the ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Any other duties required
  • French speaking (not negotiable)
  • Driver's license and own, reliable car
  • Minimum matric with 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Detail orientated
  • Good administration skills
  • Must pay attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Salary: Market-related (depending on age and experience
