Key Performance Area:

  • Claims handling from A to Z
  • Communication between policy holders and international insurance service providers
  • Data collection and processing of pertinent information
  • Data capturing
  • Medical audits
  • Client communication via email and telephone

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Matric
  • Minimum five years' work experience dealing with medical insurance products

Competencies Required: 

  • Excellent German / French/English communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Friendly and professional telephone manners
  • Must be organised, extroverted, friendly and enjoys challenges
