Our Client who is in the IT industry is looking for a French Speaking Telesales Consultant to assist customers of a well-known web based solutions company with general enquiries and assisting with potential sales of related products. Technical assistance may be required from time to time.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The position of the Agent is to look after and delight our customers throughout the process by providing assistance and support to customers, ensuring that all targets and quotas are met accordingly, and to maintaining quality of the service in line with the customer goals and objectives.

The expectation of the agent is to work within the Contact Centre to ensure that the customer experience is delivered throughout the interaction. The Agent will assist in customer care ensuring that the satisfaction of the customer is the focus at all times.  The agent will also assist in sales of related products and attending to potential sales through inbound customers. Customers may need technical assistance from time to time.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist clients with General Information on Broadband, Web hosting and Telecoms Products
  • Assist with client signups through the website applications
  • Device Configuration - Configure Routers, Mobile Devices and other devices sold
  • Assist clients with Service Provisioning- Keeping Clients Updated on Order Progress
  • Fault Finding- Troubleshooting all product related services, including ADSL, Fibre, Mobile Data, Hosting, Email
  • Fault Logging

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

  • Experience within a Contact Centre environment
  • Solid telesales / telemarketing experience with traceable references
  • Strong customer service background essential
  • Able to provide evidence of working in a target related environment  will be an advantage
  • Grade 12
  • 2-3 years experience within the telesales industry
  • Productive work habits
  • Technical experience with the following would be a plus: ADSL, 3G and LTE,Fibre, Email
